Forgiveness can be the solution
Many of us walk around knowing we have problems, and we don’t realize that forgiving is a great remedy. Ask yourself the following questions:
Do you have any core beliefs that sound like these?
- I would be whole and complete if it weren’t for my parents.
- As an abused child, I will always be damaged.
- I have to take care of everyone else.
- I will never be enough for any man/woman.
- No matter how hard I try, I will never get the love I want.
- I don’t really deserve to be loved/to be successful/to experience abundance.
Do you have any of these self-destructive patterns?
- Addiction to alcohol, food, sex, drugs, love, etc.
- Repeated relationship problems and failures.
- Staying unsuccessful, poor, living below my potential, etc.
- Putting everyone else’s needs before my own.
- Suffering from health problems?
- Do you have cancer or other immune system disease?
- Looking for a breakthrough in spiritual awareness?
- Searching for more meaning and purpose in life?
- Wondering why things happen as they do?
- Feeling angry or depressed?
- Feeling like life’s not working?
Are you lacking joy?
Are you unable to feel the satisfaction, peace, and joy that are rightfully yours? Without even knowing you, my hunch is that there’s an elementary reason beneath the same old stories you use to try to console yourself about your life. You are probably blaming, resenting, judging, feeling guilty or shameful about some person (perhaps yourself) or some situation. When you are able to shift those negative feelings, I assure you that the path will be clear for you to be, do, and have what you say you want in your life. That shift is made easy by using the tools of Radical Forgiveness.
What is Radical Forgiveness?
A Non-Traditional Approach to Forgiving by Colin Tipping, author of Radical Forgiveness.
Clients wanting to explore forgiveness as a pathway to personal freedom often begin by telling me that they’ve tried to forgive, and it’s been impossible. Others who mistake forgiveness for “letting bygones be bygones” live with buried negative feelings because they have bypassed the real issues causing their discontent. This can be exhausting and disease-producing.
A non-traditional approach, Radical Forgiveness, can assist you to forgive anything or anyone –even if you’re not sure you have a need to forgive. It gets to the root of your issues, and, if you are willing, allows you to view painful situations from a new perspective. Through Radical Forgiveness coaching you will understand that what happened to you actually happened for you so that you could learn and grow into a better version of yourself. With this realization you will let go of all negativity you have around the situation. The released energy will now be available for you to use as you work toward attaining your goals.
Discover that Radical Forgiveness Coaching can help you heal and find peace in any situation.
How does Radical Forgiveness work?
It is simple! It works even if you’re not sure what you’re angry or resentful about. It asks only that you be willing to be willing to view your present situation differently. It is transformational and, therefore, permanent. It is quick! It requires no psychotherapy or digging up the past. It can happen in the blink of an eye. I’ve experienced its positive effect on hundreds of people, including myself.
Freedom is within your reach!
If you are seeking transformation, Radical Forgiveness coaching may be the answer for you. I will gently guide you through the 5 stages of the Radical Forgiveness process in such a way that the lights will go on for you. You will begin to see and feel the love and underlying truth that flows beneath the apparent circumstances of your life.
Over the last several years, I have spent a great deal of my time engaged in personal discovery and development. Through workshops, seminars and reading countless books on self-discovery, I have been exposed to just about every major personal and spiritual development tool available. Each tool has helped me develop incrementally, and some tools have accelerated the process. The Radical Forgiveness work I did with you, Brenda, is one of those powerful tools that should be an essential part of everyone’s personal development.
I firmly believe that for an individual to be physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually healthy, Radical Forgiveness is the vehicle of choice. I know I have held on to many wounds from my past that I never realized were keeping me from having it all in my present. Working with you on just some of those old issues has had such a huge impact on my present that I am now soaring.
If everyone could understand how leaving energy around past hurts can detrimentally affect their current life, people would be doing this work out of necessity. What a difference it makes to live in the present without still feeling hurt by an old wound from twenty or thirty years ago. I feel strong, free and no longer a victim of anyone. This is a powerful place from which I can create the life I really desire.K.B.
What a profound impact our last session had on me. Brenda, this forgiveness process has begun to unlock the love I was holding in my heart for fear of being hurt. After the session I had an entire day and a half of ultimate quietness in my mind and peace in my heart. When that stillness lifted I immediately felt all my senses were more acute. Music was more alive, nature was more beautiful, people I encountered were friendlier and I was genuinely happier – way down at the core.
I am no longer looking at life thru the eyes of a grieving child. I don’t feel like I have to be on my guard. I have begun to understand how to accept life gracefully as an adult. I feel the hugeness of finally understanding that I am love and that love goes beyond my emotional needs. I am ready to accept the uncertainty of life and to let go of trying to control life and the flow of my love.
If someone would have told me I would enter the coaching process for career issues and emerge with a total connection and reclaiming of my soul, I would have told them they were crazy. I am so thankful I have had the courage to go where I have been divinely guided and remain open to the flow of life.G.L.
